helpful staff filtered water missing blanket beat-up comforter

the staff was helpful. the breakfast had many good options including a jiffy pancake machine, a cool feature. it popped out nice, hot pancakes onto my plate. i refilled my water bottle with the filtered water cooler in the breakfast area.

i shared a double room. i discovered no blankets existed on the beds, only sheets. the front desk stated they had no extra blankets. they eventually brought one comforter around midnight. it was pretty beat up.

I found the breakfast good with many options. The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, which I appreciated. Staff was responsive to my needs. Location was convenient and everything was within walking distance. I enjoyed easy access to local attractions and public transport.

I noted the elevators moved slowly. The wait times inconvenienced me.

coffee station breakfast options slow elevators hallway temperature

i was pleased the hotel has a 24/7 coffee station, that allowed me to grab a hot drink at any time. the breakfast had satisfying options and a great start to the day. (i especially liked the pastries).

the elevators were slow, sometimes frustrating when trying to get to and from my room. the hallways lacked air conditioning.
